Summer sublet/permanent home in Telegraph Cove, British Columbia

Hi! I've got two rooms: one as a may-august sublet, the other could be just summer, or could be a permanent place for you to live while going to school or working! Both are for May 1st. One is furnished, the other is partially furnished.
We currently have two women (an astronomy student and a political science student) and one man (works at a local retro game store) living in two of the four rooms in this upper suite, and we're looking for two young students/working individuals to fill the two other rooms.
We're super chill, respectful, social, lgbt-, weed-, musical instrument-, and cat-friendly. Vegans and vegetarians especially welcome. Must like sourdough bread because I make a lot of it.
Rent is $550/month, which includes all utilities including wifi and maybe a parking spot, excluding cable or heat. We're right across from the root cellar, the 26 bus to UVic is steps away from our door, the 25 bus downtown is 5 minutes away.
