Available December 1 - two furnished warm rooms in our very clean family home ($595 with fireplace & $550 without). You can rent just one room or both. We are kind and friendly and fun and our home is wonderful.
Our house is very centrally located. It's only a quick bus ride to UVIC, Camosun, Royal Roads or downtown.
Your room has been newly renovated... painted, new floors, new windows, closet... very nice.
It is furnished including a bed, desk, bedside table, chair, bedding, towels, shared bathroom, shared laundry, wifi. All utilities are included.
There is a living room upstairs and a rec room downstairs. There's a full kitchen upstairs (dishes, pots, glasses etc all provided) and a half kitchen downstairs.
There is a large south facing patio and a yard with a small garden. Lots of space for everyone. :)
I live with my son part-time so you would need to feel comfortable in a child-friendly environment.
Our house is located on McKenzie (between Nelthorp and Saanich)... near Christmas Hill and Swan Lake Sanctuary.
