New engineering hardwood floor, Basement suite (4 min driving distance from UVIC).
Shared kitchen, bathroom, laundry room
No pet, non-smoker, No -drug and ONLY female students
No parties allowed
Just like others, we would like to have clean and quite student.
No TV and cable.
The room is furnished (desk, chair, closet and single bed), microwave/ fridge / stove / all utilities and wi-fi included.
Dishes, cups, electric kettle and basic kitchen utensils provided.
Separate entrance.
Parking is always available.
Take about 4 min by car
9min by bicycle to go to UVIC
27 and 12 bus stop just in fornt of the house.
(Bus 27 goes to Camosun College Lansdowne Campus, hillside shopping mall and downtown)
(Bus 12 goes to the inside of University of Victoria campus)
