The Bad; This unit has a leaky roof and subsequent damage. Coach's 2 @ 6V. and 1 aux. 12V batteries need replacing so slide and gen don't seem to work. Needs someone with time and some monies to restore and make her into a unit worth $15-20k. As is, where is. I've seen other motor home projects on here that are older, smaller, and have more mileage for $5,000, etc.
This unit has good potential for right person.
Grown weary of USED VICTORIAN'S wanting unit for half value right down to free. Reserve price is now $7,000.00. It's my property and if I'm wrong on value, so be it. I'll fix it myself next year
