This furnished basement suite, located near Playfair Park, has its own entrance at the side of the house.
This suite is ideal for someone who is up early. We live upstairs with a 1 year old, 4 year old and a small dog. Our kids are awake around 7am and in bed by 7:30pm. While they are awake, you may hear footsteps (stomps) above. After the kids' bedtime, we enjoy relaxing in front of the TV and having some peace and quiet. Our last tenant can vouch for us and would say we are nice, normal, and unobtrusive landlords. They are moving and now we are looking for someone to fill their low-maintenance and quiet shoes.
