You're the perfectly suited tenant if:
-you are quiet, responsible and have great references, including rental references
-you don't require onsite parking (although there is parking fairly close)
-you don't require storage; there is no room for extra furniture and minimum space for belongings
-you won't miss a built in oven
-you're looking for a home for at least a year (1 year lease)
-you're a non smoker (no smoking on property)
-you're not a pet owner (although we agree pet owners are great people, the cottage is strictly no pets)
