I'm looking for a two bedroom suite that is cat friendly hopefully in Fairfield, Esquimalt, James Bay, Fernwood or Oak Bay. I don't want to go over $1800 a month and I'm hoping the higher end pricing will have some or all utilities included. I'm looking for long term and am willing to sign a lease. The place will be occupied only by myself, I do a lot of sewing and crafting and that is why I'm looking for two bedrooms. I would love access to a yard as I love gardening and would need laundry, either in suite or accessible. I am a 51 year old woman, very tidy and do not smoke or party. My cat is a two year old neutered indoor only cat. I have two jobs, one full time with the government and a part time supervisory position at a local grocery store as well. I have owned my own place for 10 years and have great references.
