Collection of Art - Paintings & Prints in Telegraph Cove, British Columbia for sale

Hello,
My Mom has a collection of art - painting and prints, that she has acquired over many years at auctions and sales.
She would like to downsize and make room in her garage, but was unsure how to go about selling them. They mean alot to her, but she is ready to sell them.
I thought I would just snap some examples of a random few pulled from the pile to give some idea of what might be found there.
There are originals and prints of all types. From amateur to known artists. Oils and watercolours. Framed and unframed. Old and not old.

The prices may vary - she will not give them away - but will likely accept reasonable offers. I will hazard a guess as to anywhere from $20 - $100 obo depending on the piece.
