Turn key ready. Recently serviced/inspected. 13 000km from next scheduled maintenance, full service records. All the common issues with this model have been resolved, including recalls for the heat shield and timing chain tensioner.

Upgraded stock rims (16" R90 Cross Spoke - included) to 17x7 Kosei K8Rs in light/gunmetal grey, lighter/stronger.
New 215/45/17 Bridgestone RE71-R tires. The best performing street legal tires for this car right now. Separate set of 215/45/17 Hanhook Ventus S1 Noble2s all seasons used for one winter; still look new.
Brand new EBC brakes all around (<500km). Front has slotted rotors, front and back have EBC yellowstuff pads, the best performing street legal EBC pads. Brakes were bled too.
Brand new rear wiper arm w/ motor assembly (<500km).
Brand new windshield last week.
At 113 000km had the front control arm bushings replaced and upgraded to polyurethane bushings. Perform better and last twice as long.
Upgraded to 22mm Alta sway bar, currently set to stiffest of the 3 settings (easy to adjust); eliminates understeer entirely. Also upgraded endlinks to adjustable Alta endlinks, and replaced the rear sway bar bushings / brackets.
At 122 000km intake manifold was walnut blasted. Installed a BSH competition catch can; less oil consumption, and less frequent visits for a walnut blasting. Engine is in good health.
New Sachs clutch/flywheel at 101 000km.
Aftermarket Rennline gas pedal and throttle extension, and Rennline aluminum skid plate.
Issues worth mentioning:
The sunroof rail warped somehow; motor is fine, but difficult to operate until resolved.
Rear hatch microswitch died. Been waiting on a used one to pop up, using my key fob in the meantime. Easy DIY job.
Bearing on the input shaft starting to go. Does not yet affect performance. Suggested to drive until it breaks. Could be 20 000 to 60 000km; unknown. Price reflects this.
