Available Jul 1st - Furnished warm room in our clean family home.. We are kind and friendly and fun and our home is wonderful.
Our house is very centrally located. It's only a quick bus ride to UVIC, Camosun, Royal Roads or downtown.
It is furnished including a double bed, desk, bedside table, chair, bedding, shared bathroom, shared laundry, wifi. All utilities are included.
I live with my 9 year old son part-time so you would need to live well in a child-friendly environment.
Our house is located on McKenzie (between Nelthorp and Saanich)... near Christmas Hill and Swan Lake Sanctuary.
Bus Routes (within walking distance): - 6 Royal Oak/Downtown - 51 Langford / UVic - 26 Dockyard / UVic - 16 UVic / Uptown Express - 17 Cedar Hill - 70/71/72/75 Swartz Bay/ Downtown
