It is just a 10 minute walk away from the beach or a 15 minute walk to UVIC. There is a bus stop right outside the house for #27 bus and close to a #12 bus stop to go directly to UVic. It is near the grocery stores, coffee shops and other amenities.
It has a walk in closet and it comes furnished with a queen sized bed. There is a washer and dryer on site. It has a spacious living room with couches and a TV and some more storage space. A kitchen with big windows and cupboard space. There is also an extra bed that can be put in the living room for guests and a storage room for any extra boxes or supplies.
The room is in a basement suite and shared with 2 other roommates. One of them is a fisherman and he is home once a month for a couple of days so he wouldn't be home very often. The other one is a UVic student; she's in her 4th year and studying sociology and works 5 days a week. They are both very clean and are very sociable. We share all the house work as we know we all contribute.
It comes with a parking space in the drive way and on street parking.
Utilities and wifi included.
Move in June 1st.
