We are looking for a new roommate for the summer-potentially longer to move in as soon as possible. We are an 8-minute walk to UVic's campus and also other amenities like gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. There are 4 of us aged 23-28 either in school or working professionals and we are looking for someone who fits into that dynamic. Rent is $435/month plus utilities which are divided and normally comes to $50 each.

We are on a month to month lease so you won't need to sign a long-term contract, but a month-month sublet contract.
