This room is available (the post will be taken down when the room is filled) for June 1st. Private room, is suitable for 1 person. East facing windows bring in bright morning sunshine. Newly refinished hardwood floors in the room. Two closets in the room. Room is unfurnished and ~12' x 12'. Shared bathroom.
Character house is shared with roomates within the house and on the property. Street parking is available. Indoor storage for bicycles and the like as well.
Location will be good for UVic and Camosun students, as well as professionals travelling up the peninsula, Western communities and up island.
Utilities are included in the monthly rent, pending responsible use. Flexible terms are available but preference will be for 4/8/12 month agreement, longer term is possible too. No Smoking indoor or outdoor including marijuana. Sorry no pets. We have a indoor/outdoor cat here already.
