Great room in the house is available this month! Ensuite, private balcony, and large closet. Room is about 12x12, carpeted within. Ensuite is small, but complete with a standup shower. The balcony overlooks the backyard, garden and fruit trees and has great outdoor feel. The room is north facing and on the second floor of the house. The balcony is a fun summertime hangout!
1937 Character house is shared with roomates within the house and on the property. I've been living here since 2010 and the house has never looked better! It has good bones and smart design.
Location is excellent for UVic and Camosun students, as well as professionals travelling up the peninsula, Western communities and up island. Central with the Goose/Lochside just down the road.
Utilities are included in the monthly rent, pending responsible use of course. Street parking is available. Indoor storage for bicycles and the like as well. In house laundry. Flexible terms are available but preference will be for 4/8/12 month agreement. A longer term is possible too, I've been here for 9 years and outlook is good for even longer. No Smoking anything ,indoor or outdoor. Sorry, no pets, we have a indoor/outdoor cat here already.
