Mature couple and two cats will share large comfortable home on quiet cul-de-sac in peaceful neighbourhood. Due to the layout of the house, the only space you share with us on a day-to-day basis is the laundry room. We have our own separate rooms & facilities.
Typical residents include university students or working people in their 20s & 30s. Maximum number of tenants sharing home at any one time is five persons.
RENT INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES, high-speed enhanced internet (4 WIFI networks), free laundry, cable TV in livingroom. Common areas furnished and equipped (dishes, pots/pans, TV, etc). Bedrooms furnished (bed, dresser, large desk, chair, lamp, bedding, towels, etc.). House is climate-controlled (heat & air conditioning).
TENANT SHARED KITCHEN includes two big fridges/freezers, high-energy ceramic cooktop, convection oven (bakes & broils), microwave, plus assorted small appliances. TENANT SHARED BATHROOM has large walk-in shower (no tub).
NO LEASE REQUIRED:
Prefer full semesters (4, 8 or 12 months).
Shorter stays may be possible (enquire).
Longer stays are welcomed.
PARKING: on-street only.
RENTAL RATES:
Room #4: $740/month (double bed).
Room #2: $735/month (single bed).
Security Deposit: one-half month rent.
No couples. No sharing.
NON-SMOKERS ONLY - Health Issue
(as in, do not smoke EVER - on or off the property).
No drugs/pot users. No cannabis in any form.
