1993 VW Eurovan Westfalia Camper Van Weekender in Telegraph Cove, British Columbia for sale

I am selling 1993 Volkswagen Eurovan Westfalia Weekender.
Weekenders are more versatile than the regular Westfalia's because they can be used as 7 passenger family vans as well as the campers, the two rear facing seats are removable and the bottom bed is a lot bigger because there is no fridge and stove. I would personally never cook inside and modern fridges are a lot better than what Wesfalia had so I am in love with this configuration.

The engine 2.5L 5 cylinder manual transmission.
Transmission is 5 speed manual.
CV arms and boots replaced in May.
Rear shocks replaced in May
CD and Stereo with Aux, USB and iPhone inputs

Inside is in good condition
All curtains available, some clips broken but they are $3.5/10 at busdepot.com or gowesty.com
Tent is in decent condition. There is one hole due to careless operation but not an issue.
No leaks.
Known issues
Some rust mainly on the rocker panel and side door
Air conditioning isn't working
Cruise control intermittent
Power locks don't work
