Live-In Trailer/Tiny Home! in Telegraph Cove, British Columbia for sale

Selling our wonderful little trailer! Kept us warm & cozy last winter, but we are now planning on moving into a van! A very cute and homely reno on the inside, this little trailer has it all! You can live in it, travel, or just rent it out on AirBnB!
All the fixin's:
- refurbished white pine interior
- propane heat and electric dish heater (we honestly exclusively used the electric dish heater, it's so warm in a small space)!
- Full kitchen with propane stove & oven, dual propane/electric fridge, sink, and lots of cupboard space!
- clean grey & black water tanks, as well as freshwater
- 1 double bed, 1 fold out couch, 1 fold down table/small bed
- lots of closet/storage space!
- external coaxial cable (so you can connect your WiFi router inside!)
- comes with an electric dehumidifier, works really well and keeps the heat nice and dry on cold nights!
- lots of room for your family & friends!
Cons:
- the awning is a little battered and bruised... It takes some finesse to open & close it. Likely best to just remove or replace it?
- I have new battery connector cable I haven't attached yet, and needs new batteries
- we no longer have a truck and you will need to move it :(
Will also consider trade for camper van or a campervan project!
